Building and Sustaining High Performance Teams

"What is the best team you have ever been on?" "Why was it so good?" "What was done to build it? sustain it?" Good questions.

We have all been on teams - both good ones and poor ones. This hands-on workshop will provide you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to build or improve your team ... and then sustain it as a High Performance Team. For more details on this program, click here.
