Management Certificate Program
The Project Management Certificate Program has been
designed to meet an organization’s internal and external challenges
of tomorrow and to support the Project Management Institute’s
Body of Knowledge (PMIBOK). Students will gain knowledge of the five
basic process groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling,
and Closing). The courses offered cover these groups by addressing in
detail the following process areas:

Cost Management
Risk Management
Procurement Management
